Contributing to solving the challenges of the world

€70 million

allocated to support highly vulnerable women via the L’Oréal Fund for Women since 2020.
We provided assistance to 2.2 million women and girls within their communities in 2024.

  • CDP: AAA for nine years in a row

    L’Oréal is recognised as a global leader in sustainable development, thanks to our efforts to tackle climate change, protect forests and ensure sustainable water management.

  • Sustainalytics: 19.5 – Low Risk

    L’Oréal received a score of 19.5 – Low Risk from Sustainalytics. This places the Group third in the “Personal products” sub-category and among the top six companies in the “Household products” industry.

  • EcoVadis: 84/100 – Platinum medal

    The Group earned a Platinum medal from EcoVadis for the third year running. Among the top 1% of companies assessed by the agency, L’Oréal is recognised for its extra-financial performance in four main areas: Ethics, Environment, Labour & Human Rights and Sustainable Procurement.

  • Ethisphere: 15th year

    In 2024, L’Oréal was named one of the world’s most ethical companies for the 15th time, ranking it among organisations with the most advanced ethical business practices.

  • FTSE Russell Diversity & Inclusion Index

    Among the top five companies in the world for Diversity and Inclusion in the FTSE Russell D&I Index Top 100 for the second year in a row, and number one French company.

  • Universum: Top 10 for the fifth year in a row

    In 2024, business students ranked L’Oréal the eighth most attractive employer worldwide. The Group is the first EU multinational to feature in the ranking.
